This new cabin is in the heart of Pigeon Forge, across from The Island, short drive to Dollywood, 10 miles to Gatlinburg and entrance to the National Park. 2 bedrooms feature king beds upstairs, 3rd bedroom downstairs has full size bunks. Living room also has pull-out couch for a total of 10 people. kitchen is fully equipped, covered porch includes hot tub, BBQ grill, large picnic table and patio chairs. 2 baths, 1 upstairs Downstairs also has a well equipped game room. Central AC/heat.

The house was very clean and just like the photos. We had everything we needed to feel at home! The kids enjoyed the game room a lot! And the hot tub! We would definitely recommend and would gladly stay here again if we come back here.

The Wacky Woodpecker was the perfect place to stay. Super cheap and great location to do anything in the area. We loved how much off the road it was and had a pretty landscape. Jon was great with communicating and asking if we needed anything! 10/10 would do it again.

This is our 2nd time staying here, my family and I love this cabin! The big hot tub, the games down stairs for the kids so us grown ups can have us time! I highly recommend this cabin! Not to mention very close to town! And every time I had a question the host was VERY quick to respond! (Some we have stayed in we was lucky to get a response at all) I can honestly say we love everything, thats why this is our 2nd stay here and definitely isnt the last ❤️

We had a great stay. The location is really close to the parkway in Pigeon Forge with access to many destinations. Getting into the house was easy and the information sent prior was good. The checkout process was very reasonable (minimal requests from the host to manage while trying to get out). Jon checked in with us to make sure as was well during the trip also. Very much recommend.

Jon was super friendly and responsive any time I reached out. The place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again! Extra points for never allowing pets in the home. I’m highly allergic and a completely pet-free rental is a RARE find.

This place was great for what we needed. It was less than 10 min from the main parkway road with all the attractions and restaurants. Everything was clean and the host was extremely friendly and responsive. I would stay again and recommend to anyone I know coming to pigeon forge!
